Elche-born artist Laura Hernández presents a painting exhibition featuring a curated selection of works inspired by the beauty of the Mediterranean, the light of its sunsets, and the female form as a wellspring of expression, emotion, and sensitivity. The exhibition will be open from 1 September to 30 October 2026 at the Centro Cultural de Ciudad Quesada in Rojales. The display brings together thoughtfully selected pieces in which the artist explores different ways of portraying women, capturing strong, dreamy, and passionate figures. Mediterranean colours, light, and atmospheres take centre stage, creating compositions rich in sensitivity, beauty, and emotion. Working with various mediums such as charcoal, pastel, watercolour, and acrylic, Laura Hernández develops a distinct artistic voice that weaves together drawing, colour, and expressiveness to convey a variety of moods and feelings. Visiting hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 21:00.
