The Centro Cultural Virgen del Carmen hosts the third edition of the «Entre Cuerdas y Voces» Festival, a musical gathering bringing together the Masa Coral José Hódar and the Agrupación Coral Manuel Barberá from Torrevieja alongside the Orquesta de Pulso y Púa of the Sociedad Filarmónica Alteanense. The festival will take place on Saturday, 17 October 2026, at 19:30 at the Centro Cultural Virgen del Carmen in Torrevieja. The Orquesta de Pulso y Púa of the Sociedad Filarmónica Alteanense, conducted by Raúl Mahiques Canet, will provide the distinctive sound of plucked string instruments, creating a shared space for choral tradition and plucked-string music. The Masa Coral José Hódar and the Agrupación Coral Manuel Barberá will once again take centre stage, celebrating the track record of the participating groups and the region's musical heritage. «Entre Cuerdas y Voces» will be an opportunity to enjoy an evening dedicated to music, where voices and strings unite on stage in a spirit of celebration, togetherness, and culture. Admission is free until capacity is reached.
